Beautiful Murray condo. This is probably the nicest unit in the complex. Large deck, remodeled, since 2016 its had high efficiency double pane vinyl windows , 2020 new high efficiency furnace and central air, 2021 new cabinets and appliances. They paid $5,000 for a new electrical service. 2022 new water heater, new tub and surround. This year new handrail, flooring and paint, plus to many other things to list. Sorry to say this association is not FHA approved but it is VA approved. This does have to be owner occupied, rentals at this time are frozen. Don’t drag your feet getting to see this place, it will go fast!
